About Equilibrium Asset Management LLP

Since 1995, Equilibrium have provided friendly expertise on wealth and investment management, pensions and estate planning strategies. Going beyond just providing advice on investments, they develop long-term financial plans for clients, making a positive difference to people so that life can be enjoyed.

Headquartered in Wilmslow, Cheshire, the company oversees more than £750 million worth of assets and is committed to delivering an exceptional service to all their clients.

The company have a DND (Do Not Disturb) room where people can go if they are feeling unwell or tired and get some peace and quiet. The DND room has a daybed, along with a white noise machine and ear plugs so people can block out the noise of the office and relax.
Giving Something Back

The Equilibrium Foundation, which was launched in 2010, aims to raise and donate £250,000 to good causes by 2020. Equilibrium match money raised by staff and/or clients and then donate to charitable organisations chosen by staff.

Employees are taken on an annual away day to celebrate successes together. This year, staff went clay pigeon shooting followed by a staff awards ceremony. The company then took staff on an all-expenses-paid night on the town.
