My Manager
My Manager
Performance is measured through individual objectives and KPIs, plus delivery of work against company values. Objectives are formally monitored at least twice a year. There’s an ‘output-driven’ approach to managing performance and staff can choose how and when they deliver these within their role.
Wellbeing
Wellbeing
Wellbeing Workdays aim to help staff feel their best. For example, the organisation hands out sun-cream samples at the beginning of summer. Staff have also been challenged to take vegetables home, and make something and share it on Yammer. Meditation is available on Fridays.
My Team
My Team
The Technology team is trying to get the best out of Office 365, including migrating colleagues to various applications in line with their five-year digital strategy. A new intranet shares information and news with colleagues, in addition to regular Breakfast Briefings.
