eSynergy have recently installed a brand new bespoke learning and development plan for all trainees. This encompasses all fundamental areas of recruitment and gives everyone the tools and platform to be a successful recruiter. For Senior Members of the team and Directors the company have also engaged with specialist outside learning and development coaches to expand the sphere of thought and to show everyone to get the most out of the workforce.

eSynergy are currently working with a local charity called St Lukes, which gives under privileged children in inner London the ability to play sports. Consultants run the lunchtime sporting activities once a week and they also run the school’s football team for both boys and girls. Furthermore eSynergy sponsor the end of season football tournament, which is attended by a number of local schools in the area. Through the same charity the company also provide CV writing advice and expertise, as well as providing several work experience opportunities for those involved.

eSynergy operate a monthly "spiv" day, which is designed to focus consultant’s attention onto a particular task, whether this be generating extra sales, learning Manager’s names, leads or their CVs. This is usually combined with a theme, for example at the end of October the company had a Halloween themed Spiv day. The whole company were encouraged to dress up and contribute a small amount of change to a nominated charity. Prizes given on the day can include extra half days off, free lunches, drinks vouchers, cinema tickets and even some "Halloween" themed prizes as well.
