Etex Building Performance (EBP) are a dry construction solutions company that offers a combination of expertise in plasterboards, passive fire protection and steel frame systems, bringing innovation and insights on off-site projects that no other manufacturer can match.

The business has ambitious plans for the future and aims for £200m profitable turnover by 2020.

Etex are led by Managing Director Neil Ash, who has a strong presence in the organisation and has implemented a range of changes based on the results of employee engagement surveys. This means the company now has a clear vision goals and values that everyone can relate to.


With roots stretching back 100 years and global headquarters in Belgium, the company now operates seven offices across the UK.
