About Excalibur Communications

Excalibur is a leading South West based communications and IT company, that provides businesses and schools with innovative technology solutions that improve operational efficiency, enable growth and increased profitability.

The organisation differentiate themselves by offering the highest level of service. They believe they are only successful with their growth if they sell on service. Therefore, they expect all employees to be fair, experts, bold and above all, personable. They are focused on doing business the right way.

It is important to Excalibur to show appreciation to team members for their continued efforts throughout the year. Managers take a personal approach to finding ways to reward team members and use their personal goals as an incentive to always work to their best. Examples in the past have included providing driving lessons and even paying for a team member's holiday abroad with their family, both rewards were for outstanding work within the organisation.

Excalibur put effort into helping their employees better manage and respond to their workload. They do this is by providing time management and systems training. The time management training talks through how they can organise and prioritise and discusses the ability to tackle procrastination.

What is it like to work for Excalibur Communications

Leadership
Leadership
Offices are specifically designed to be completely open plan. All leaders sit & work within the team they are responsible for. There is an open door policy to encourage open communication and this provides both partners and the CEO with an opportunity to have more discussions, less formal interactions and allow them to truly understand what is going on within the business.
Wellbeing
Wellbeing
One of the ways in which Excalibur have helped team members to become more physically fit is by providing weekly exercise sessions. They have had weekly Yoga and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) take place onsite in the office in the mornings and lunch time. This is in addition to company funded 5-aside football and an on-site gym.
Giving Something Back
Giving Something Back
