About Extrastaff, The Driving and Industrial Specialists

Established in 2003, Extrastaff are a specialist provider of driving and industrial staff. Since then, the company have opened 23 locations and have one of the lowest internal staff turnover figures in the industry.

The company’s high quality ethos and service has meant that sales have grown organically year-on-year with a compound annual growth rate of 60%.

Extrastaff’s aim is to be the number one national high street specialist in the supply and management of temporary driving and industrial personnel. They also aim to open six new locations within the next twelve months, promoting either from within or approaching local talent to continue to increase their presence on the UK’s high streets.

One example of how they successfully engage employees is by striving to make it as easy as possible for staff to return to work by offering part time days and hours to fit around staff responsibilities. Not only has this been beneficial to the business, but employees have found this has renewed energy within their role.
