Extrastaff’s aim is to be the number one national high street specialist in the supply and management of temporary driving and industrial personnel. They also aim to open six new locations within the next twelve months, promoting either from within or approaching local talent to continue to increase their presence on the UK’s high streets.
One example of how they successfully engage employees is by striving to make it as easy as possible for staff to return to work by offering part time days and hours to fit around staff responsibilities.
