About Fair Ways

Fair Ways deliver a comprehensive range of services to children and young people, including social care, support, training and education services.

Established in 2002, the organisation now employs over 220 staff across five key services, looking after over 150 children and young people per year along with their families and foster carers.

From 18 UK sites, Fair Ways look to create a culture in which every individual can harness and develop their potential to achieve great things.

The organisation also believes in growing its own talent, running a number of staff engagement programmes to help employees also reach their full potential.

Managing Director Mac McHugh is a passionate advocate of social justice and employee rights, with a particular emphasis towards children and young people in care. He fundamentally believes that seeking to address the plight of the young will help to address the ongoing costs to society that stem from neglect.
