The company works with local authorities, registered providers and care providers, who have identified a requirement for supported living accommodation. The purpose of this is to allow adults with learning or physical disabilities to live more independently within the community.

Fairhome works regularly with vulnerable people, and their core principles set a reminder to staff to treat people with honesty, integrity and empathy.

Fairhome rewards their employees’ efforts and contributions by sharing their financial success through an annual bonus scheme. Employees are eligible to receive an equal share of the bonus pot, regardless of their job role or status, meaning apprentices receive the same bonus as managers.
