Fairpoint now have a Making Money Go Further committee that communicates to staff about how to save money. They hold competitions for staff and encourage them to get involved using newsletters and emails.
In addition, Fairpoint believes that health plays an important role in enhancing the wellbeing of employees which is why the company has introduced a free Employee Assistance Plan, available to all employees. The EAP is designed to provide active support for Fairpoint's employees including: a confidential helpline manned by fully qualified counsellors, access to a Personal Nurse advisor, medical fact sheets and online health assessments. Additionally, Fairpoint offers annual free flu jabs to all employees.
They also send out quarterly Health and Wellbeing newsletters to employees covering a wide range of relevant topics.
