About Family Housing Association (Wales) Ltd

Family Housing Association Wales are a registered social landlord based in Swansea. Established in 1975, the organisation looks to meet the needs of families, older and more vulnerable people through a range of services.

The organisation manages over 2,800 high quality affordable homes across six sites in Wales and is incredibly proud of its local roots and reputation for making positive difference in local communities across the country.

With a strong dedication to giving back to the community, Family Housing Association Wales operate a Giving in Family Teams scheme in which members of staff are invited to work together in groups with a small budget to support a local initiative or charity.

Headed up by Karen Dusgate, the organisation has embedded its values in its key processes such as recruitment and performance management. They expect leaders and managers to model their ‘going beyond’ vision and values, setting a great example to others by doing so.
