About Fife Housing Group

Fife Housing Group are one of the largest independent living housing associations in the east of Scotland, providing homes to some of those in the greatest housing needs.

Managing approximately 2,500 properties in Fife, the organisation is committed to building the foundations of an excellent business for the benefit of its tenants and other customers.

With 65 employees working from their office in Dunfermline, Fife Housing Group promote its values of being accountable, firm but fair, open and honest, and versatile throughout its operations.

The organisation is also dedicated to being a great place to work, and encourages all staff to develop in their role.

Chief Executive Nicki Donaldson operates an open door policy and is frequently seen chatting with colleagues on the office floor. She is also involved in a number of working groups, and makes time to attend team meetings and shadow colleagues throughout the year.
