About Flair Rugs

Flair Rugs supply high-quality rugs to both business to consumer and business to business customers.

Renowned for their product, service quality and their commitment to corporate social responsibility, Flair Rugs have grown from a payroll of three colleagues to over a hundred. They now also have vendors in China and India.

Their on-boarding process for new starters to the organisation centres around family. They don't believe in overloading new starters with information that they will likely not retain. Consequently, before joining the business, new starters receive an itinerary which covers their first three months in the business - taking them up to the midway probation point.

The organisation is centred around five core principles: Family; Honourable; Ownership; Continuous Improvement; Exceeding Expectations.

Flair Rugs get together every pay day for a 'Flair Forum', this allows everyone in the business to get together and communicate about all the good Flair News. Employees love hearing about good news within each department and getting together and celebrating this good news lets them live through their company values.
