About Flair Rugs

Established in 1984, Flair Rugs are the number one selling rugs company, supplying major retailers in the UK and across the world.

A family-run business since the beginning, the company’s team pride themselves on providing a service second to none and constantly striving to deliver the values the business was founded on over 30 years ago.

These values include: family; ownership; continuous improvement; exceeding expectations; and doing the right thing.

The company believes that looking after your team, your customers, your suppliers and the environment isn’t just the right way to work; it’s the only way to work. Flair rugs use this motto to continue to grow together as a company.

Operations Director Tina Carswell is a huge believer of mentoring colleagues and devotes a lot of her time doing so. In her role, Tina believes she is only as strong as the team she is leading, which is why she invests so much into the development of her managers and rest of the team.

What is it like to work for Flair Rugs

Leadership
Leadership
Operations Director Tina helps colleagues by allowing them to arrive at a decision themselves. By offering colleagues the decision making process, colleagues take ownership of the decision and take it upon themselves to investigate problems further than they may have done ordinarily.
