The company today operates restaurants across London - in Soho, Covent Garden, Shoreditch and Golborne Road.

The group of restaurants is led by founder and self-confessed ‘beef geek’ Charlie Carroll. Because there is no head office, Charlie and the rest of the senior management team are described as being very hands on and are always in one of the restaurants.
