About Fletchers Solicitors

Established in 1987 by Chairman Rob Fletcher, Fletchers Solicitors are a specialist personal injury firm, dealing with clinical negligence, motorcycle accidents, and serious injury cases.

As well as the company headquarters in Southport, Fletchers recently expanded to a second office in Manchester.

Fletcher’s five values of trust, innovation, development, performance and customer, are integrated into staff culture. They resonate throughout the whole organisation and are reflected within the actions of team members every day.

Each month, the company celebrate members of the team who have best represented each core value, with the Live Our Values Everyday (LOVE) awards.

Employee wellbeing is high on Fletchers’ agenda. The company hosts regular workshops and
presentations which address particular subjects that people may be struggling with, and give them ideas on how to combat stress. Other workshops have included ‘resilience and personal wellbeing’ and ‘embracing change’.

The ‘centre stage’ programme allows team members who are not in a legal role and/or have no legal qualifications to learn the basics of law. Team members then have an option of choosing a path they’d like to follow where they will learn the key specifics of that part of the law.
