About FluidOne

Established in 2004, FluidOne describe themselves as the only Data Delivery Network in the UK that provides the link between businesses, ISPs and the network operators.

They provide simple solutions for their customers to communicate more effectively, using a wide choice of connectivity, voice and cloud solutions.

FluidOne have a dedicated set of core values for their employees to follow, which are: enjoy it, own it, evolve it, honour it, and be a part of it.

Employee development is important to FluidOne. One example of this is that they have developed an in-house academy, available to every department in the business. Staff can choose which one or two competencies they would like to focus on and improve over the forthcoming period.

The company is led by Chief Executive Officer Piers Daniell, who is described as being incredibly immersed with employees. On a daily basis, he operates an open-door policy and works the same hours as the rest of the wider team.

The company aims to enhance the wellbeing of employees in the majority of initiatives that are implemented. One of the most effective initiatives is the Uncapped Holiday Scheme. Putting no on the number of holidays an employee can take has proved beneficial to physical and mental health.
