About Focusrite PLc

Focusrite Audio Engineering design and distribute audio electronics, synthesizers, MIDI controllers and keyboards for music recording and creation. All products are designed in the UK by Focusrite and are sold in over 120 countries.

Used by audio professionals and amateur musicians alike, their solutions aim facilitate the high-quality production of recorded and live sound.

Headquartered in High Wycombe, the company has a list of core principles that are followed by staff. They are: honesty; conscientiousness; directness; no politics; no victimhood; having fun.

Focusrite is led by Chairman Phil Dudderidge, who is described by employees as being an inspiring leader. Phil always refers to Focusrite as being his family and demonstrates this through the way he treats employees, both on an individual and collective basis.

One-to-one support is provided by direct line managers, with an annual 360-degree feedback process available. A management forum is also in place, allowing managers to meet once per quarter for topical talks, refresher training, coaching and workshops.
