Established in 2006, Food and Fuel aim to provide genuine hospitality, great drinks and fresh food across their 12 UK sites, including eight gastropubs, one sports pub and three cafe/bars - all located in London.

The company is dedicated to the provision of true hospitality - fresh, seasonal and delicious food and excellent wines, beers and ales; informed and efficient service; and a really genuine welcome for its customers.

Food and Fuel have a number of core values that sit at the heart of the business. They include: genuine hospitality, one team, accountability, and community.

In leading the company, Chairman Karen and Chief Executive Officer Jo always interact with the entire team and bring energy and enthusiasm for providing genuine hospitality every day. They care about and are committed to everyone who works for the company.
