Fordway are a leading cloud services provider and IT consultancy. For nearly 30 years, Fordway has been helping customers implement IT transformation and infrastructure solutions that meet the needs of their business.

They have an employee of the month award whereby employees can nominate colleagues who they feel deserve recognition in relation to adhering to the organisation’s core principles. The entire company then vote for a nominee. Winners receive an additional 1/2 day's paid leave within the following month. Managers also hand out shopping vouchers when they feel that an employee deserves a thank you, or extra recognition for a great result or perfectly demonstrating behaviour in line with the core principles.
