The entire company then vote for a nominee. Winners receive an additional 1/2 day's paid leave within the following month. Managers also hand out shopping vouchers when they feel that an employee deserves a thank you, or extra recognition for a great result or perfectly demonstrating behaviour in line with the core principles.
