About Fossil UK

Fossil UK are a fashion and lifestyle retailer and wholesaler, part of a global organisation selling watches, leather goods and accessories from own and licensed brands through wholesale, retail and omni channels. The company also specialises in fashionable wearables.

With roots stretching back to 1984, today the company enjoys a large presence within the UK, with 98 locations across the country.

The business, headquartered in Milton Keynes, is built upon a set of five core values: authenticity, grit, curiosity, sense of humour, and making an impact.

Fossil UK is led by Managing Director Richard Collins, who makes sure to do a daily walk of the office so he can interact with as many employees as possible along the way. He knows everyone by name and takes a keen interest in their lives in and out of work.
