Fourfront believe in making sure all their employees are clear about their company mission, vision and values right from the very first day. On an employee’s first day they are taken through a copy of ‘The Fourfront Way’ their company values. Within their first few months they also attend a Group induction where their CEO takes them through the Group story of how the company started, and their journey to date with their mission and vision being included. On an annual basis all employees are taken to an exciting venue and taken through last year’s mission, if it has been achieved and the plans for the following year by the CEO of Fourfront and individual business MD’s. These presentations are followed by a Q&A session with all presenters and the CFO. After the Q&A session has taken place they have guest speakers then celebrations begin with drinks and canapes. This is a very engaging session which is well received by employees. Quarterly the individual businesses update the employees on the progress of the vision, these sessions normally include a presentation, Q&A session, a site visit and team drinks or meal as a reward for the hard work during the quarter.
