About Fourth Ltd

Established in 1999, Fourth are a software as a service (SaaS) provider for the hospitality industry, offering purchase-to-pay, inventory and workforce management solutions to hospitality business across the globe.

The company’s primary purpose is to help their customers serve their customers better, and it aims to do this by following a set of core values that run throughout the business. They are: keep it simple; always be honest; deliver quality; and enjoy the journey.

Their ultimate ambition is to transform the hospitality sector and to be the global leader in the provision of software solutions - growing from £30 million in turnover to £100 million+ in five years.

The business is led by Chief Executive Officer Ben Hood, who engages with employees through several channels, such as the internal app ENGAGE, where he regularly posts updates. He also records report videos and leads face-to-face company updates, but is equally happy engaging on a more informal level by hot desking in the office.
