About Freemans Grattan Holdings

Freemans Grattan Holdings (FGH) are a homeware and fashion retailer that offers flexible payment terms, great service and efficient delivery.

Since being formed in 2000, FGH have allowed customers to shop from the comfort of their own home, using websites, mobile apps and catalogues to browse and buy products.

Operating out of three sites across Yorkshire and with some 650 employees in their Vicar Lane office, FGH’s mission is to be the preferred choice in internet or catalogue shopping, to do things better, and to do things differently.

They hope to achieve this through staff and leadership following their five values; together, open, proud, enterprising and driven.

The company is led by Chief Executive Officer John Hinchcliffe, who is said to personify FGH’s mission, vision and passion for the customer. He has an open-door policy and adopts an informal and approachable style, seeking to create an open and positive environment.
