What is it like to work for Fuller's

My Manager

Everyone is treated on an individual basis and all L&D are assessed depending on the situation or person. Full classroom and on-line support is offered. There is also the opportunity to have a Personal coach. Fuller’s operate a number of workshops for learning and open discussions. There are Managers’ Training and Induction packs with full hands on and one to one support of the Fuller’s training team. There is a Management development programme, designed for aspiring pub managers.

Wellbeing
Wellbeing

Fuller’s are a family orientated business. Employees’ families are also part of the company. There is an understanding that family life is very important to their employees. There is flexibility on juggling work and life priorities, as an example flexibility on attendance at work to attend school events is encouraged. The company doctor is actively involved in the company welfare. Fuller’s provide counselling services when required and where appropriate, at company expense. For example general mental wellbeing, drink dependency and traumatic events.

Fuller's has a generous proportion of budget, both centrally and departmentally for fun/social events. They have a formal Dinner and Dance at Grosvenor House where every Pub Manager, every employee at their Head Office and Brewery and all partners are invited. The Fuller's Inns Conference is an annual, creative and social event for all Pub Managers, Senior Managers and Support staff. This year saw the event take place at The Hurlingham Club. This was followed by drinks and dinner, and awards.
