Quick facts

About Fundamentals Ltd

Fundamentals provide products, services and consultancy for utility and private network/systems operators.

The organisation is based in Swindon, with employees working across the UK. It is a family owned business which began in the mid 1990's, when the founders were asked to solve a problem. Their solution resulted in a business partnership which has grown into an innovative and solutions driven business.

Fundamentals put their client’s requirements at the heart of everything that they do and ensure that they deliver a level of services to (or that exceeds) expectations. To achieve this, they pride themselves in recruiting quality people with the same customer-focused philosophy as the rest of the company, who can display the same passion for customer service and determination to deliver to a high standard. They aim to provide an open and happy working environment where loyalty is valued highly.

To reward employees for their efforts throughout the year, the company set aside a bonus pot each year that is 15% of net profit and this is shared out amongst the employees after the end of year accounts have been completed.
