The company develop managers by providing industry leading external management training for non-sales managers. Therefore, they are investing in the whole organisation. They provide Phone Coaching by the L&D Manager to support the billing managers so that they can continue working and not have their potential commission affected. Phone Coaching observations are made by the L&D Manager and recorded onto HRToolkit. Recording all training in this way means only the required subjects are trained to the audience that most needs to receive it. This helps to support the managers efficient use of their time. The notes are made available to the individual Consultant and Manager. Action Plans are suggested based on the results. These Action Plans dictate the following months training and development of Consultants. They provide innovative and interactive training sessions from external (IOR) Recruitment Industry Expert Trainer. They have weekly management meetings on a Friday afternoon where managers discuss what their ongoing development needs are.

Keziah Watt, Legal Advisor had a background in MBioSci in Biology with Conservation and Biodiversity at the University of Sheffield – graduated 2010 1- 1st before moving onto GDL and LPC at MMU, Distinction. She joined the business in June 2012 as first legal function in the business. Reviewed commercial aspect of contracts and dealt with disputes. Developed the legal function to deal with all contracts, Risk management, employment, corporate, international compliance and all dispute resolution – all legal matters for the Group.
