GB Group carried out an innovation workshop as part of the business year kick off staff conference.  GB staff take part in a physically gruelling challenge to raise money for charity.  This is called the GB Challenge and this year it was a 26 mile hike across the Shropshire Way.

GB Group have a team called The Pulse which is made up of lots of different employees from different parts of the business. They are a voice for the staff. Employees can communicate various concerns, ideas, suggestions into the Pulse team and these matters are discussed at their regular meetings. GB Group have an appraisal system and regularly communicate with colleagues. The CEO has an open door policy.
