The company has launched a GymFlex scheme which allows employees to join any gym they want either near work or their home address. The company contributes £350 per year per employee. They also provide flexitime and the ability to work from home which enables a healthy work/life balance. They have their own football team which regularly plays with local teams. Fruit and breakfast are also provided every morning along with a fresh orange juice machine.

The Global Personals Christmas party is an event whose legacy among employees speaks for itself. Held in a luxurious hotel, employees enjoyed a champagne reception, three course meal and cabaret entertainment. At dinner, all teams were divided across the tables, giving employees a chance to mingle with different people across the business that they may not usually have a chance to interact with. Some firm friendships were formed and long-lasting memories were made. They are big on staff retention and hate it when staff leave. This year, they celebrated the fifth and sixth anniversaries of members of their team with Patisserie Valerie cakes. In August, the company celebrated its ninth birthday with cake and champagne for the whole office, to say thank you to each and every member of staff for all of their hard work throughout the year. Managers frequently reward their teams for hard work on special occasions or specific projects with team dinners, drinks, lunches and gift vouchers.

Each manager has 6 monthly and annual appraisals with team members, during which they have an opportunity to recognise their successes and achievements.
