About Goodstuff

Goodstuff are a full-service media planning and buying agency.

They were founded as a team within Virgin Media in 2004, motivated by the company’s desire for a different, better way to do media. The brand became Goodstuff’s founding client, with the agency gaining independent success thanks to a creative spirit, a willingness to break the rules, and a commitment to giving customers their best effort.

Today, Goodstuff are a 100-strong, full-service media and planning agency, and are the UK’s fastest-growing independent media agency, driven by a desire to do the right thing and keep it simple.

The company was co-founded by Andrew Stephens and Ben Hayes. Andrew’s role covers client management, new business and marketing - and he is one of the few staff at Goodstuff that owns and wears a suit. Ben, meanwhile, presides over agency management and is a driving force for Goodstuff’s people and culture strategy - and has yet to be convinced to wear a suit in his 14 years of working with Andrew.
