About Harnham Group Ltd

Harnham are the world’s largest data and analytics recruitment consultancy. Their expert team provide award-winning permanent and contract recruitment solutions to clients across the UK, US and Europe.

Founded by Simon Clarke and David Farmer in 2006, Harnham very quickly established themselves as a specialist partner to many clients on the FTSE, alongside an eclectic mix of smaller, niche clients.

The business has actively chosen to focus on data and analytics recruitment, immersing themselves in the market to become an integral part of this business community. Their capability has grown to provide recruitment services and advice across the following areas of speciality: data science, marketing and insight, credit risk, data and technology, and digital analytics.

Chief Executive Officer Simon Clarke has over 20 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, and is responsible for Harnham’s development. Chief Operating Officer David Farmer has 15 years’ experience in recruitment and oversees the global sales team.
