Heat Recruitment are a team of specialist recruitment consultants operating within the engineering, financial services, general insurance, information technology and legal sectors.

Heat Recruitment have an experienced team of passionate and hardworking employees who achieve success through maintaining a relationship driven mind set. The business was founded from what can only be described as quite humble beginnings. Heat Recruitment's first HQ was a spare bedroom and the second a Lithuanian log cabin before moving into office space in central Bristol.

Fun is one of the company values as it is important for their employees to enjoy their work and the feeling of satisfaction that goes with a job well done. On top of this, the wellbeing of employees at Heat Recruitment is incredibly important, so they promote healthy living as well as work life balance by recently reducing the standard company office hours and introducing flexitime.
