About Hiscox

What is it like to work for Hiscox

Leadership
Leadership
The leadership team across the business hold regular fortnightly meetings where all staff are invited to attend and hear business updates. These culminate in the twice yearly business results meetings where staff will hear directly from the senior team on how the business is performing.
Giving Something Back
Giving Something Back
Some employees visit a local primary school once a week for an hour to give up their time to help the children learn to read. Each member of staff is paired with 4 children whom they meet each week to help with their reading. The children are selected by the school, as those who would benefit from some extra help and some one to one time.
My Company
My Company
Throughout the year managers and staff can nominate people who they think have gone the extra mile. The prize is £100 for an evening out for 2 people. Hiscox also offer free massage treatments to recognise extra contributions. These are booked with the therapists that visit the office.
