About HIT Training Ltd

HIT Training offer hotel and catering apprenticeships across all sectors – from chefs to sales and marketing, to banqueting and conferencing, events, functions and outside catering.
Since 2006, the firm has supported 100,000 learners at more than 22,000 employer sites across the country.
HIT Training was founded by a small group of directors who had established and developed the major training provider Hospitality Plus. Headquartered in West Sussex, HIT Training currently has 476 employees operating from 50 centres around England.
Managing Director Jill Whittaker and Executive Chairman John Hyde head up the business.
More than 70% of HIT Training apprentices complete their apprenticeships and obtain either a BTEC or City and Guilds diploma.
Behind everything HIT Training do is a positive vision of what apprenticeships can achieve: improve an individual's skills and their life chances, make businesses more efficient and boost the economy. The firm believes that helping people become the best they can be makes good business sense.
