Home Instead Senior Care are the world’s leading home care company, providing non-medical care for older people in their own homes. The idea is that older people can remain at home where they are most happy and comfortable.
Families can relax, knowing their loved ones are being cared for with dignity and respect.
The company was founded in the USA by Paul and Lori Hogan, who helped Paul’s grandmother live much longer than expected in her own home. This inspired them to help other families and led to the creation of Home Instead Senior Care.
The UK franchise was established in 2005, with Home Instead Senior Care quickly growing into the UK's leading quality home care company. The UK business was transferred back to Paul and Lori Hogan in 2015, who continually invest in the brand.
Today, Warrington-based Home Instead Senior Care has more than 200 offices across the UK, with more than 9,000 clients and 8,000 staff.

Every Monday, lunch is provided for all employees, and members of the team take time to sit and eat together. This encourages interaction between colleagues in different departments who many not often work together, while also providing a ‘family feel’ to the business.
