About Hotwire

Hotwire work with tech companies and provide them with services such as: public relations, digital marketing, content marketing corporate strategy services, branding services and research & analytics.

Founded two decades ago, Hotwire's vision was to work with brands that had innovation at the heart. Fast-forward to the present and they still hold this as a core belief.

Hotwire want to ensure that an employees work/ life balance can work together seamlessly and that is why they offer 'Thoughtful Working'. This is more than simply making a flexible working request. They recognise that life doesn't always fit the 9-5, and that working long hours in the office day in day out does not equate to success in people's careers or job satisfaction. In order to supercharge performance and help employees find balance, Hotwire encourage their people to work from where they want and when they need every single day.

Hotwire instilled practices and policies to counteract stress among employees as much as possible. First and foremost, they have an employee assistance programme which provides confidential support by professional counsellors, which is available to all employees whenever they need it.

'Hotwire Academy' is their global training programme tailored to people of varying skills sets and competencies across the business. People are allocated training sessions alongside their peer group and tailored to their personal development. These are hosted by both senior leaders and external trainers.

'GoHotwire' is a global initiative enabling employees to apply to work from another Hotwire office anywhere in the world. Employees must present a business case to do this, which is usually around connecting better with account teams and clients in another location.
