HSO are an enterprise software provider which specialises in implementing, integrating, optimising and maintaining ERP & CRM solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365. They work with multinational enterprises in retail, distribution, manufacturing and service industries.
At the heart of HSO is a pool of nearly 200 dedicated and talented employees, each working to the organisations primary purpose: 'To be the leading global provider of technology driven business solutions that improve the business performance and results of our clients'.
In order to nurture their talented team members, HSO run a learning and development conference every 18 months. This provides a two day training programme for every single employee within the organisation, providing them with the technical skills as well as soft skills to support their roles.
The software provider also offers training to support the wellbeing of all employees, including stress workshops. Recently they have trained people within the organisation to be mental health first aiders to further support employees wellbeing.
