iHASCO provide health & safety and compliance eLearning for organisations across the country.
The organisation was established at the start of the 1990's with a single idea to create a training video
aimed at the health and safety of babies. From this, a successful programme was created that sold in the high street but also especially well to schools. Eventually, the products were developed to appeal to all workplaces.
iHASCO employees live and die by their core principles: Making a genuine difference; Make training simple; Have fun and look after each other; Seek constant improvement; No negativity.
Core principles are communicated from day one and are an important part of their inductions. iHASCO have large posters in all areas and the management team will use a relevant value in almost every decision and meeting. It's almost impossible to overstate how high-profile their principles are and how much they use and try to live by them.
iHASCO have a host of incentives and rewards but possibly the stand out one is their annual 'iHASCO adventure'. Each year up to 20 high performing team members are taken on a trip. The trips always involve some element of a challenge, including most recently climbing the highest peak in the Balkans - Mount Musala in Bulgaria.
Those who wish to attend do not necessarily have to be their best performers, they merely have to consistently uphold the iHASCO principles.
