About Ideaworks (London) Ltd

Ideaworks have led the custom electronic design and installation industry for 30 years, working closely with designers and architects to deliver amazing installations across luxury homes, yachts and venues.

Ideaworks are based in Kent, with offices in London, Monaco and other spots around Europe. The company began in 1987 as a man in a van installing AV systems in pubs.

Today, they employ more than 120 staff under Managing Director Chris Jones and work for some of the wealthiest people on the planet.

Ideaworks make spaces feel amazing through the creative application of technology, enabling people to control light, temperature, security, entertainment and much more from the palm of their hand.

Products include lighting design, lighting control, immersive cinema, CCTV and security interfaces, and shading solutions.

Their ethos is to create a workforce comprised of motivated, like-minded individuals who form a family team, often taking chances on people whose ambition outweighs their experience.
