About Incite Marketing Planning

Incite Marketing Planning are a strategic research consultancy, unearthing and interpreting insights about brands that help them think more clearly and plan more effectively. They take a systematic approach, hiring and training the best in the industry.

The company has 161 employees and is based in London, with offices in New York, San Francisco, Singapore and Shanghai. Director Elaine Kent-Smith founded the business in 2000 and it’s been part of the St Ives Group since 2012. Group Managing Director is Matthew Froggatt.

Elaine’s philosophy is to have senior people who are hands-on at every stage of the process, and who love doing the work. She sees this as more efficient, more fun and more effective.

This flat and flexible structure helps employees work across sectors and clients, giving them a wealth of experience. It also benefits clients, who see familiar faces backed up by new people bringing different skills, and the business gets a more flexible resource pool.
