About Infectious Media

Infectious Media are a programmatic advertising agency offering specialist marketing services and proprietary technology to advertisers to maximise branding and performance results from their advertising.

Formed by CEO Martin Kelly and COO Andy Cocker, the agency began buying the first exchange traded ads in Europe. By inspiring advertisers and publishers alike with a programmatic-first approach, Infectious Media grew into an award-winning, Europe-wide business in the first few years.

Their goal is to transform advertising, to make it as it should be for advertisers, publishers and consumers. They also aim to solve advertisers’ problems using data, technology and media buying expertise; to disrupt the old agency-client model; and be relevant and responsible to the people they advertise to.

The company is guided by five core values: we commit; we're better as a team; we never stand still; we are straight talkers; and we do the right thing.

The company works hard to develop candidates, both professionally and personally, in multiple ways, but their newest initiative is a mentoring scheme, which - although in its early stages - has been extremely well received.
