Informatica have an Employee Assistance Programme in place, free to employees and their families, where they can seek confidential professional advice around any range of topics. They also have a Flexible Working Time Policy and a Wellbeing Policy. In addition, they can facilitate their employees to work from home on a regular basis. At Informatica, they have an open door policy where employees are free to discuss any concerns with their manager and/or HR.
Special consideration may be given to employees whose contributions have enhanced cross-geography working or understanding. Their names and the reason for the award are announced by the Executive team at the quarterly global all-hands meeting and the individuals are presented with a special award in the form of a personalised “trophy” as well as a letter of recognition from our CEO.
