innovision's 'leader', Claudia Douglass, is committed to the organisation's family values and open door policy, and very much leads by example in this regard. At key moments over the week, Claudia will informally bring the team together to foster a culture of connectivity. Claudia is very open in her approach and encourages a sense of business transparency. At fortnightly 'All Agency' meetings, Claudia will provide an update on key events and in turn encourages the team to share highlights from their work, or personal life. The leader builds the business around one member of the senior management team being present at these fortnightly 'All Agency' meetings.

Since innovision's inception, they have hosted team building activities throughout the year. In January 2014, the innovision team went to see Punchdrunk, an immersive theatre experience based on the story of Macbeth.
In the Summer of 2014, innovision organised a team building event just down the road from their studio in Regent's Park. Activities included rounders and five-aside football, with drinks and nibbles provided. This was a great day out for the team and provided the perfect opportunity to bond and work together through team-based activities.

innovision run a highly successful internship and work placement programme for young people. This provides the opportunity for short and long-term placements enabling interns to gain meaningful and valuable experience within the industry. They are able to choose from a diverse group of candidates, offering places not just on merit but by assessing the difference the opportunity may make for the individual.
innovision's investment in this programme demonstrates their commitment to creating a diverse workforce. They are unable to place everyone who attends their programme so they ‘share’ this programme with clients and suppliers, thereby tripling the number of places available. innovision also work with tertiary education establishments, on a formal basis.
They believe they have a responsibility to inspire the next generation and they back that up by offering time and practical advice to local schools and colleges. Their particular focus is working with less advantaged children and young people in the inner London area.
