About Inspired Outsourcing Limited

Inspired Outsourcing are a growing, Newcastle-based contact centre. They describe themselves as a ‘canny bunch of people trying to be a little bit different as an employer’.

Inspired Outsourcing are experts at acquiring and retaining customers for their clients. They become an extension of the client’s brand and foster a close-knit working relationship with total transparency.

Under Director Paul Crampsey, the team of around 250 have well-defined career paths and plenty of training and development. Among the current management team, 90% have been promoted internally.

The Inspired Outsourcing ethos is different. They offer full in-house training in the classroom then a 12-week development programme in the ‘academy’. Inspired Outsourcing prefer personality to experience.

The company runs the ‘Inspired Awards’ as part of their staff engagement strategy. This also includes holiday purchase, ad-hoc flexible-working arrangements, city centre car parking, five-a-side football and free fresh fruit.

Inspired Outsourcing have raised more than £35,000 for various charity partners through a number of self-organised events and initiatives including collecting money at local shopping centres, sponsored walks, zip wire challenges and baking competitions.
