About Intelligent Office UK

Intelligent Office UK are a leading provider of support services to the legal sector, with more than 800 people based at 45 client sites.

Founded in 2001, the firm is based in Alloa under Chief Operating Officer Jonathan King, Chairman James Greenbury and Operations Director Lorraine Cameron. There’s a range of locations around Scotland, London, the Midlands and the South.

The business prides itself on delivering more than support services, they deliver operational change. They analyse a firm’s current support operations, then deliver a new, streamlined operational mode and run it like clockwork - delivering further improvements along the way.

Intelligent Office UK runs a ‘connect programme’. This helps people feel connected with the company, stay engaged, feel motivated and know what they think and feel matters. It’s about being recognised for doing a great job and making the most of their career. It’s helped the firm achieve Investors in People Gold.
