Active for more than 30 years in providing IT and mobility service support both nationally and globally, the company gives honest advice on business challenges. The result is bespoke, cost-effective and secure solutions that put people first.
Alan Jackson set things up in 1985 as an independent service provider at the dawn of mobile technology in the UK. Intercity Technology was one of the first Vodafone partners and was licensed by Cellnet (now O2).
In 2015, Intercity Technology acquired leading cloud communication specialists Gage Networks to add depth to its service offering, plus public-sector specialist Imerja.
Intercity are headquartered in Birmingham under Chief Executive Officer Andrew Jackson.
