In the last year employees have had the opportunity to volunteer during their working day, for a scheme called 'Head to Head' which is run by the Tower Hamlets Education Business Partnership which provides interview experience for school age young people within the local community. This scheme has received very positive feedback from the young people participating but also from their employees who have really enjoyed their volunteering sessions.
