About Invest Northern Ireland

Invest Northern Ireland (INI) create wealth for the benefit of all by supporting business development, helping increase productivity and export levels, attracting quality investment and stimulating a culture of entrepreneurship and innovation.

Working across eight sites, the organisation aims to create wealth for the benefit of the whole community, and looks to achieve this by helping to rebuild the economy in the short term and rebalance it in the long term.

Along with this, INI are dedicated to being a great place to work, and encourage staff to engage with their core values of customer focus, respect, integrity, one team, professional and performance.

Chief Executive Alastair Hamilton works closely with all INI staff on a day-to-day basis, and is very supportive of personal development. Alastair is strongly committed to recognising staff and their development achievements at events such as the Employee Recognition Event and the INI Graduation ceremony.

INI have worked with a range of charities over the years, and is currently in partnership with Northern Ireland Chest and Stroke. The organisation also works with a local school, offering a wide range of support through personal development workshops for teachers and work experience for pupils.
