About Investigo

Investigo are a recruitment company offering permanent and temporary placements to a wide range of blue-chip companies and SMEs.

Specialist areas include accountancy and finance, risk and compliance, business change and transformation, human resources and talent management.

In March 2003, Investigo launched its fledgling recruitment service in London. Fifteen years later, a team of 130 experienced consultants work from offices in London, Guildford, Milton Keynes, Oxford, Reading and St Albans under new Chief Executive Officer Nick Baxter.

The company believes that its work can make a difference to the candidates, their clients and Investigo staff.

Investigo are defined by four values: expertise, fairness, integrity and passion. Investigo supports a different charity every year and fundraises through company sports days, pub quizzes, bike rides, mountain treks, skydiving and cake baking.

Last year, the company raised £40,000 for Donate4Refugees. This year’s charity is The Centre for Mental Health.

Investigo choose small charity the Centre for Mental Health as their charity of choice in 2017/18, and is currently funding a project to investigate why many people who die from suicide are not receiving mental health support. This research will be presented to the House of Lords.

Investigo established Open Blend to identify employees’ key motivators both in and out of work. These can range from family, to health, to fun, to being organised and making a difference. Sessions are then offered to help staff to improve these factors for their work/life balance.
