About Inzpire

Inzpire are experts in aviation and award-winning suppliers of defence managed services, training, and the cutting-edge GECO Mission System and EFB.
Inzpire was born in 2005 over a bottle of wine shared amongst friends. The founding members had decades of deep-rooted military experience and were determined to do things differently – to develop a new model for a defence company.
Today, Inzpire have 100 employees based in Lincolnshire under Chief Executive Officer Hugh Griffiths MBA and Chairman Martin Rowland.
The founders decided that Inzpire would deliver on budget and on time, drawing on real-world experience that could translate into unbeatable service and products.
The key principle was recruiting only those with outstanding military credentials. They recruited only those with experience in operations across the globe.

Inzpire are now the defence employer of choice for those retiring from the RAF, Army, Navy and Marines at the end of distinguished careers.

Shared ownership is key. The two remaining founding members gave away 10% of their shares to roll out a share scheme to staff. Employees can work from home, have unlimited paid leave and get a pay increase every year.

The uncapped leave scheme allows people to take as much time off as they need. One employee took a month off to cycle across Europe and another travelled the world teaching Irish dancing. Staff get ‘no-excess’ enhanced BUPA private medical insurance and Denplan.

Staff can work wherever they like - they can visit other sites, taking their laptop with them. They’re also encouraged to do Inzpire-funded road trips to RAF/Army bases to observe Inzpire’s training.
